tt99 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players on the Bangladesh Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "tt99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to tt99 and its operators, including all services, products, and digital interfaces available at tt99.io.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the tt99 platform, including the sportsbook, casino, slots, and all associated features.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the tt99 platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's tt99 account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cash incentives awarded to a Player under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, slots, live dealer, and any other interactive features made available through the tt99 platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, denoted by the symbol ৳, the sole currency in which all transactions on the tt99 platform are conducted.

By accessing the tt99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by tt99, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tt99.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tt99 platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any other policies published on this platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The tt99 platform is intended exclusively for eligible Players. To register and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tt99 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or access any Services offered by tt99.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party. All bets, deposits, and account activities must be conducted by the registered account holder personally.

tt99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued proof of age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the tt99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

tt99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents at any point, and in particular before processing any withdrawal:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months).
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad mobile wallet showing the registered mobile number).

tt99 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including the processing of withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail verification or are found to have been registered using fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the tt99 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to additional source-of-funds verification.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own name.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. tt99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing Times: Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes of request, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Transaction Fees: tt99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which tt99 accepts no responsibility.

tt99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, where account activity appears unusual, or where KYC verification has not been fully completed. Funds that are identified as originating from fraudulent, disputed, or reversed transactions may be withheld and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

tt99 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from a third-party account will be returned and the deposited funds will not be credited to the Player's balance.

tt99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• tt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the applicable terms at the time of claiming will continue to apply.
• Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their account permanently closed.
• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately within the account balance. Withdrawals will be processed from real funds first. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Promotions are available exclusively to Players who have fully completed the registration and KYC verification process.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the tt99 platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• All bets and wagers placed on tt99 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. tt99 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error.
• tt99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed on the outcome of an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement, where such information was not reflected in the market due to a system error or data feed delay.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and gaming tables. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may vary by event, market, and Player tier.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed disruption that affects the outcome of a bet or game, tt99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts. tt99's decision in such circumstances is final.
• All casino games and slots on tt99 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those providers' own game rules in addition to these Terms.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test match markets — are governed by the applicable sports rules published in the sportsbook. In-play market availability is subject to data feed reliability and may be suspended at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tt99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of account balance pending investigation:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage over other Players or the house.
• Colluding with other Players in any casino game, live dealer table, or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to transfer funds between accounts, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

Where such activity is detected, tt99 reserves the right to suspend account access immediately while an investigation is conducted. During the investigation period, withdrawals may be suspended.

All content published on the tt99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data structures, layout designs, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of tt99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tt99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the platform without the prior written consent of tt99.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or code forming part of the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any platform content, design, or system architecture.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting content or data from any part of the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of tt99's intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

tt99 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered Players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by the tt99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

By registering on tt99, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

Where a material change is made, tt99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section above. Your continued use of the tt99 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tt99 platform.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and tt99 regarding any bet, game outcome, account decision, or transaction, the Player should first contact tt99 support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. tt99 commits to investigating all complaints thoroughly and responding within a reasonable timeframe.

tt99's decision on matters relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, account suspensions, and the application of these Terms & Conditions is final, subject to any applicable statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
